Sanamed signed a lease on 3,900 sqm at Business Garden Bucharest. The company will relocate to the office complex next year. Developed by Vastint Romania, the scheme includes 43,000 sqm of space in three class A office buildings. There are also ground-floor public and commercial services. The property features an indoor garden, walkways with banks and Wi-Fi facilities for recreational activities. Business Garden Bucharest also has a spacious car park with bicycle parking and changing rooms and showers for cyclists.
