South Florida-based real estate development firm Two Roads Development has named Jerry Sanchez as director of sales for the Elysee Residences condominiums. The 57 story luxury condominium tower is located at 700 NE 23rd Street in Miami’s East Edgewater neighborhood. Sanchez will work with Elysee’s developers to lead in-house sales team for the 100-unit boutique project. Previously, Sanchez was sales director for Biscayne Beach, the Two Roads team’s first East Edgewater project now under construction at 711 NE 29th Street. Construction of Elysee is expected to begin in the first quarter of 2016, with completion slated for the second quarter of 2018.
