Jonathan Rose Companies has filed plans to build a 384-unit mixed-use building in East Harlem. The building will be part of the larger Sandero Verde complex. Plans call for a total of 346,000 sq ft on 37 floors, split between 318,000 sq ft of residential space and 28,000 sq ft of commercial space. The project is expected to include 163 affordable housing units and 79 senior citizen housing units. The city selected Jonathan Rose Companies last February to build Sandero Verde in East Harlem, a 751,000 sq ft mixed use development.
