Sanmina SC, a Silicon Valley company providing electronic and mechanical components plans to invest HUF 4.5 bn and expand its Hungarian factory by 2000 sqm in Tatabánya. The development will be finished in 2014, providing 100 new workplaces and increasing the company’s annual revenue by roughly 30 percent. The Hungarian company’s income was HUF 20bn and they doubled it in 2011. The factory in Tatabánya is Sanmina’s European center, and it employs 1,000 people.
