Sanmina Global Services leased 7,000 sqm of space at the Czech Technology Park in Brno. The company had previously been subleasing the space at the industrial park. The US electronics manufacturer repairs computers, scanners and wireless LAN products at the site for customers across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Christopher LaRue, Ferdinand Hlobil, and Hendrik Jung of Cushman & Wakefield’s industrial letting team brokered the deal for Sanmina. The Czech Technology Park offers 52,000 sqm of office and high-tech production space and its tenants list includes names such as Motorola Solutions, Vodafone and IBM.
