Skanska Property Romania has found the first tenant for the second phase of its Green Court office project in Bucharest. The developer has announced that Sanofi Romania will occupy 2,200 sqm in building B of the growing office complex, which already has 19,000 sqm of leased space. Building B has a rentable area of 18,000 sqm, with the entire scheme designed to offer a total of 52,000 sqm. Delivery of the third and final building, a 12 floor structure with three levels of underground parking, is scheduled for the second half of 2015.
