MLP Group has signed a new agreement with Santander Bank Polska. The institution has provided financing of more than EUR 19 million and PLN 4 million. The funds will be used to refinance existing and finance the construction of new warehouse facilities within the MLP Lodz logistics park. Kycia Legal law firm advised on the transaction.
MLP Group finalized the transaction with Santander Bank Poland. Under the agreed terms, the institution provided financing of more than €19 million and PLN 4 million. Kycia Legal law firm advised in concluding the transaction. The funds raised will be used to refinance existing and finance the construction of new warehouse facilities within the MLP Lodz logistics park. So far, more than 43,000 sqm of modern space has been put into use in the newly built center. As part of the target area, it is possible to build a second as many facilities.

The MLP Łódź project is a modern logistics and distribution center located in the southeastern part of Łódź, in the Widzew district, just 4 km from the A1 highway, connecting Łódź with the Tricity, and about 20 km (10 minutes) from the A2 highway (Berlin-Poznań-Warsaw). A great advantage is the proximity of public transportation. It is being built on a plot of approximately 20.98 hectares and will eventually provide 86.8 thousand sqm. The new center will be built in accordance with the principles of sustainable development, and the warehouse facilities will undergo BREEAM certification. The MLP Lodz logistics complex is aimed primarily at tenants from the e-commerce, logistics, distribution and light manufacturing sectors.
