Santander Consumer Bank has leased 10,000 sqm at Business Garden, which is currently underway on Legnicka street in Wrocław. The tenant was represented by Colliers International during the lease process. The complex will include nine buildings, offering a total of 117,000 sqm of modern office and commercial space, on 7 ha. Business Garden has a LEED Platinum certificate and will be equipped with an intelligent building management system, water-energy saving systems, cycling infrastructure and a wide range of amenities for tenants.
