The German software company SAP, with turnover exceeding €17m on the local market in 2010, has leased 800 sqm of offices in City Business Center project in Timisoara, in western Romania. It also expanded to 450 sqm at S-Park in northern Bucharest, with a view to an expansion of its business goals. At S-Park, a project owned by the Austrian investment fund Immofinanz, SAP was already renting 1,400 sqm of space.
