The Slovak branch of the software company SAP signed a lease on 3,000 sqm of office at the Twin City complex on KaradžiÄova street, near Bratislavaās Mlynske Nivy bus station. The company is relocating to the HB Reavis-developed project after 10 years at the BBC V office building on Prievozska street, which was also developed by HB Reavis. The Twin City lease will allow SAP to centralize several of its divisions scattered across Bratislava. JLL represented SAP during the negotiation process. The lease includes classic open space in Building C as well as a training center, a relaxation zone, an area for programmers, a client center and 120 underground parking spots. The new premises will also include a specialized development center, SAP Lab Slovakia, that will develop SAP enterprise software for the global market. SAP operates 20 development centers worldwide.
