The Sarajevo Resort in Hadzici will officially open on Saturday. The 160,000 sqm residential community, developed by by Gulf Real Estate, represents an investment of €25.6m.
The scheme includes residential buildings, a hotel, supermarkets, restaurants, sports facilities and swimming pools.
Construction started in 2013 and was financed with the support of the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development.
