The builder was also ranked the no. 27 private homebuilder in the U.S. Neal has been ranked in the top 50 each of the past three years, coming it at 47 in 2015 and 50 in 2014. The company posted 989 home closings in 2015 and has closed on 391 homes so far in 2016. Established in 1970, the company has built over 10,000 homes in Southwest Florida since 1970.
