Savana Holding buying Europoint in Montenegro

Savana Holding AB is set to buy Europoint, the first ecological building in Podgorica, the capital of Montenegro. The purchase price will be disclosed during the second half of June, when the Swedish company officially takes over the building. Europoint was built in 2010 by the investor Proinvest. The building has seven floors, underground garages and a restaurant on the ground floor. Savana Holding AB was founded in 2016. It acquired Mall of Montenegro and the Ramada hotel in Podgorica. It bought the hotel for €24m from Gintasmont, a branch of Turkish company Gintash.
