Savills has been appointed exclusive leasing agent for Tulipan House in Warsaw by Commerz Real, the owner of the property. Savills has been the property manager of the office building since 2012. The 18,000 sqm building is located at 50 Domaniewska street in Warsawās SÅużewiec district and has a BREEAM In-Use certificate with a āVery Goodā rating. āOur successful cooperation with Savills and proven track record in leasing office space in SÅużewiec were key factors in our decision to contract Savills to provide additional services for Tulipan House,ā said Jens Bƶhnlein, Asset Manager at Commerz Real.
