Savills has been appointed property manager of Wrocław Business Garden. Once it’s completed, project will offer 117,000 sqm of office space in nine buildings with a shared garden and a separate ground-level restaurant pavilion. The property is located in the Fabryczna district, near PKP Mikołajów railway station and the Magnolia Park shopping center. The complex has been awarded a LEED certificate with a Platinum rating. The developer of the project is Vastint.
