Savills appointed Marcin Stanisławski senior property manager. In his new role, Stanisławski will managed three office properties located in Wrocław totaling nearly 33,000 sqm, including the newly constructed Nobilis Business House owned by Echo Investment (16,000 sqm), Wratislavia Tower owned by Cinema Tower (11,000 sqm) and the office and retail complex Hieronimus owned by Zbigniew Grycan (5,700 sqm). Stanisławski has more than 18 years of industry experience. He previously worked as a key account manager and senior property manager at Knight Frank in Wrocław, where he oversaw a group of property managers, participated in the execution of property due diligence as well as numerous BREEAM and LEED certifications.
