Savills appoints Petr Machula as Head of Property Management in Czech Republic

Savills has appointed Petr Machula to head up its property management team in the Czech Republic. Petr has over 15 years experience in the Czech real estate market, and for 12 of those years he has been head of property management at Knight Frank, where he built a department of 18. He has worked with some of the major clients in this region including: Invesco Real Estate; Immofinanz; GLL and Palmer Capital. Machula graduated from the Construction Faculty of ČVUT in Prague in 2001 continuing with postgradual studies focused on the Concrete Constructions Attributes at the same university. Ben Maudling, Head of Savills Czech Republic and Slovakia, comments: “I am extremely pleased that Petr is joining our new Savills Czech and Slovak business. He is one of the most experienced property managers in the Czech market and is highly regarded within the industry.
