Savills in Prague to manage Immofinanz offices

IMMOFINANZ has appointed Savills as its property manager for four office buildings in Prague. The buildings include myhive Pankrác House, Jindrřišská 16, Jungmannova 15 and Airport Business Center, which includes a tenant list of more than 70 tenants. These include OMD Czech, GrECo JLT, Customs Office Prague, CPL Jobs and others. The Savills team will be led by Petr Machula, Head of Property Management at Savills Czech Republic. “IMMOFINANZ is one of the most significant investors in the CEE region and I have worked with them for many years.
