Savills has been named exclusive leasing agent for a new office project by Golub GetHouse that is set to break ground in Warsaw next year. One completed, the Grzybowska Corporate Center will add more than 20,000 sqm to the local property market.
“Grzybowska Corporate Center is the first project by Golub GetHouse Property Fund FIZ,” said Cezary Jarząbek, co-owner and president of GGH. “We pay attention to details in our projects, including the rich interiors, elegant common areas and a variety of facilities, so valued by the tenants.”
The developer hopes to deliver the project 22 months after the start of construction.
