Savills has been appointed executive leasing agent for Innova Work Station (formerly Trinity Park II) and Signum Work Station (formerly Trinity Park III) in Warsaw. Cooperation with Savills is part of the property owner’s new leasing strategy for the two buildings, located in the capital’s Służewiec neighborhood, in an effort to capitalize on the area’s rapid growth. Innova Work Station and Signum Work Station will come onto the market as fully revamped properties. Their rebranding will be combined with upgrades and a refreshed image, including common green areas around the two buildings. Cromwell Property Group is the properties’ asset manager.
