Celtic Property Developments appointed Savills manager of its Iris office building, which is part of the Cybernetyki Office Park in Warsaw. The five-story Iris building offers 14,300 sqm of space, as well as an underground parking garage for 125 vehicles. “Savills property management team will provide full property management and rent management services, including the initial handover period in which to implement procedures, collect and manage documentation and organize tenders for building services and deal with all technical issues appearing in the first months of using the building,” the company announced.
