Savills has been selected sole leasing agent for office space at Eximius Park in Krakow. The property is located in Zabierzów, 12 km from the center of Krakow. Built between 2007 and 2009, Eximius Park was the first modern office park in the Krakow region. Its four buildings, offering a total of 50,000 sqm of leasable space, were acquired by First Property Group, a UK property fund manager and investor, three years ago. The new owner renamed the complex and did a comprehensive refurbishment of common areas, including the reception areas. First Property Group also relandscaped the property.
