Savills will be relocating its Warsaw headquarters to Echo’s Q22 tower from Skylight: an office component of the Złote Tarasy fashion mall. The agency is taking about 1,500 sqm of space on the 30th floor of Echo’s flagship scheme. The 155-meter office tower is located at the corner of Jana Pawła and Grzybowskiej streets, in Warsaw’s CBD, offering more than 52,000 sqm of lettable space. Kuryłowicz & Associates designed the building.
