IT service provider Capgemini renewed its lease with Savills Investment Management on 1,660 sqm of offices at the Hamburger Welle building on Lubecker Strasse in Hamburg. The lease now runs until 2021 and has a five-year extension option. The property was refurbished in 2015 and offers 16,425 sqm of rental space. Tenants include Flemming Dental, Stóben Wittlinger and Quality Group.
Savills also signed a multiyear lease with the insurance company Heidelberger Leben Group for space at the Dornhofstrasse 36 office building in Neu-Isenburg. The new tenant will take 2,200 sqm of office space and will move into the building this month. Dornhofstrasse 36 offers 7,200 sqm of office space as well as 380 parking spots. Klein Immobilien was the agent during the lease negotiations.
