Savills to manage five properties for M7 Real Estate

Savills will manage two buildings in Poznań and three buildings in Warsaw for M7 Real Estate. The management contract includes the office buildings RB House and Dwór Hamburski in Poznań. Tenants include IPF Group and T-Mobile Polska. Savills will also manage two other office buildings in Warsaw: Jasna 24 and Wola Plaza. Tenants include i.a. Hochtief Poland. The third Warsaw building Savills will manage is a modern warehouse facility called Airport House, which includes office and social space. The total portfolio under management amounts to 25,000 sqm. “There is potential to implement appropriate measures to increase the value of the buildings included in the acquired portfolio and to optimize fees. This will make the buildings more attractive to current and prospective tenants. With a very high supply of new space, real estate management services are essential for older properties to compete effectively in the market,” said Bartłomiej Łepkowski, head of property and asset management at Savills.
