M7 Real Estate has appointed Savills manager of five of its properties in Poland. The portfolio includes two buildings in Poznań and three buildings in Warsaw. The properties in Poznań are the office buildings RB House and Dwór Hamburski. Tenants include IPF Group and T-Mobile Polska. The Warsaw properties include two office buildings: Jasna 24 and Wola Plaza. Hochtief Poland is a tenant. The third Warsaw property is the modern warehouse Airport House, which includes office and social facilities. The portfolio totals 25,000 sqm. Savills currently has 300,000 sqm of retail and office under management in Poland.
