Savills has been appointed by Atrium European Real Estate as the sole leasing agent for its office space in Poland. The agreement also includes the retail properties of the fund’s Polish portfolio with an office component. These include three schemes in Warsaw: Atrium Promenada (10,000 sqm of office space), Wars Sawa Junior (8,800 sqm of office space), Atrium Reduta (3,000 sqm of office space) as well as Atrium Copernicus in Torun (670 sqm of office space). “Not everyone is aware that many modern retail schemes also offer office space for lease. An inherent advantage of such locations is the direct access to services, retail and, first of all, F&B options available in a shopping center,” said Lidia Malec, associate of the office agency at Savills.
