The local developer Sawa Apartments kicked off work on its Solec Residence-Kryształ Powiśla mix-used project. Going up in Warsaw’s Powiśle district, the scheme will add new high-end residential space as well as 5,000 sqm of class A offices in a seperate D Building, Ranging between 80 sqm and 978 sqm, the high-end apartments will stretch over seven stories. Comprising of four building, the investment is due for completion in the second quarter of 2017, with the local builder Karmar SA overseeing construction.
