REICO, the property fund of Česká spořitelna has handed over the management responsibilities for its portfolio to SB Property Services from the beginning of January. The company now manages a multiuse building on Wenceslas Square, the Čtyři Dvory shopping center in České Budějovice and the Platinum office building in Brno. Over the first three months of 2015, SB Property Services will take on the management of another four projects totaling 40,000 sqm. They include two Prague office buildings (Trianon in Prague 4 and Táborská 31), the A. Macka building in Ostrava and the Barbican warehouse project in Prague.
