Urban Investors, part of the SBA real estate company, has purchased a plot of land from Kaunas City Municipality. The 2.5 hectare plot lies on the left bank of Nemunas river near the proposed MK Čiurlionis Concert Center. The long term plan for the site is to invest more than €50m into the creation of an exclusive business center with more than 50,000 sqm of office space. According to Lionginas Šepetys , General Manager of Urban Inventors, a group of well known architects is already working on a concept for the site. He said that due to the large scale of the project it will be completed in stages.
