Sberbank relocated to the Aviatica office building that Penta recently completed in Prague 5-Jinonice. The bank leased 5,000 sqm in the building that is part of the wider Waltrovka brownfield redevelopment. The Russian bank is moving its 300 employees from Pankrác in Prague 4 and Lazarská street in Prague 1 to the new location near the Jinonice metro station, while keeping its branches at the existing addresses. JLL advised Sberbank on the lease.
