SB Property Services has taken management of Charles Square Center from Pinnacle Central & Eastern Europe. The 22,000 sqm mixed-use complex with office and retail space is owned by Commerz Real, a subsidiary of Commerzbank AG. The deal brings the total value of assets under management by SB Property Services to €255m. The company will provide property, facility and financial management as well as marketing for Charles Square Center. The company hired Markéta Šoltysová, previously of JLL, to run the complex’s management.
