SC California Holding SRL has opened Mandachi Hotel & Spa in Suceava. The hotel, the first in Romania to be built in a franchise system and entirely with local funds, is part of wider scheme, which includes an event hall, a restaurant, a cafe-library, a fitness room and a SPA salon. The Mandachi Hotel & Spa features 90 rooms as well as six five-star luxury apartments on 8,000 sqm. The property also offers more than 200 parking spots. The investment amounts to approximately €7m.
