A new lease has been signed in the city of Czeladź, in the Silesia region of Poland, with Scala Plastic Poland company taking a total of 1,580 sqm of space at the Alliance Silesia Logistics Center. Some of the space leased in the complex is set for offices and social units, Cushman & Wakefield reports. This is provided by building 8, which was delivered in April.
The 90,000 sqm scheme currently includes tenants like Eurocash, Gefco, Logista, Rohlig Suus S.A. and Saint-Gobain Group, with Scala Plastic Poland expected to join the list this July. “Scala Plastics Poland intends to move in in July 2012. Small warehouse modules of up to 2,000 sqm are now in strong demand in Silesia and the availability of such units is steadily declining,” says Wojciech Dachniewski from the Industrial Department of Cushman & Wakefield.
Scala Plastics Poland is the Polish branch of the Belgian supplier of PVC rain gutters and DIY products from other companies
