Schaeffler has leased 6,200 sqm at the Nowy Targ office project, which is currently under construction. JLL advised the tenant during the lease process. The automotive supplier will move to its new location at the beginning of next year. Nowy Targ is the seventh project Skanska is developing in Wrocław. Located in the city center, the scheme will include 20,000 sqm of office and 2,300 sqm of service area.
