CA Immobilien has appointed Andreas Schillhofer as a new member of the company’s Executive Board as well as its new CFO. The announcement is set to take effect by October 1 at the latest. Schillfoher has worked previously with institutions such as Mediobanca, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Greenhill & Co., before moving to PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2016 where he was responsible for listed and large private real estate companies. Top company officials said the appointment of an expert with such experience in real estate international accounting, corporate finance and capital markets would be a major boon for CA Immobilien.
