Schneider Electric has decided to move into 3,100 sqm of office space in Green Court Bucharest. The company is moving out Euro Tower in October, in what’s being described as the first leasing transaction in the Barbu Vacarescu district for 2014. The 19,500 sqm first phase of Green Court Bucharest, with 12 floors and three underground parking levels, will be delivered in October 2014, when Schneider Electric is supposed to move in. Also, the building will be receiving LEED Gold certification. The deal was brokered by Colliers International.
