PasserInvest Group has completed a school pavilion on an 840 sqm plot of land connected to its BB Centrum complex. The new building will serve as a cafeteria and a place for free time activities for students at the Christian school Eliáš. Total investment in the new building came to CZK 63m. The building was designed by Jan Aulik, whose studio is responsible for the design of the entire BB Centrum project. The new pavilion became necessary because the Eliáš school has expanded to include middle school grades, which brought with it new space requirements.
“BB Centrum in Prague always had the amibition of becoming a complex that wasn’t just a collection of office buildings but would offer a more complex urban environment,” said Jan Aulík (Aulík Fišer architekti).
