Scorseze Ambulanta Privata signed a 10-year lease at Scroseze Medical Clinic. The company will occupy the entire 1,611 sqm office building. The deal was brokered by Esop Consulting. The company’s new headquarters will offer a variety of services, including family medical consulting, daycare and chemotherapy. Alexandru Petrescu, managing partner at Esop, said Scorseze Ambulanta Privata needed a bigger space in order to expand its business. Scorseze Ambulanta Privata provides ambulance services and transportation assistance and is accredited by the Ministry of Health.
