Providalco is partnering with SDC Imobiliare to develop a €5m residential project in Cluj. The scheme will include 150 apartments and commercial space in five building. The project is underway on a 10,000 sqm plot owned by Prodvinalco, a Romanian alcoholic beverage producer. Construction is set for completion next year.
