The Delray Beach-based Seagate Development has received a $17.5 million construction loan for its 3200 South Ocean condo project in Highland Beach. The 20-unit project located on the Intracoastal Waterway will sit on a 1.8-acre site, at 3200 S. Ocean Blvd near Delray Beach. The units will range from 2,215 to 8,038 square feet with prices ranging from $1.25 million to $3.3 million. Seagate acquired the property in early 2014 for $5 million. Work on the seven-story residence was recently started by Kast Construction.
