Seagrass Apartments in Jacksonville sold for $56.7m

Atlanta-based Mesa Capital Partners has sold a 397-unit complex for $56.7m located at 1701 San Pablo Road in Jacksonville. Seagrass Apartments was purchased by a multifamily real estate company based out of South Carolina for $143,000 per unit. Mesa bought the complex through Seagrass Apartments LLC for $36.7m in November 2013. CBRE Senior Vice President Brian Moulder and Dhavel Patel represented the seller Mesa Capital. The name of the complex’s new buyer has not yet been revealed.
