CBRE announced that Sean Doyle has been named its Head of the Capital Markets Department for Poland. In his new role Sean will be managing a team of 11, advising clients on taking strategic investment decisions and collaborating with the company’s other departments. Sean has more than 12 years of Commercial Real Estate Experience. Over the last 5 years at CBRE he has advised on around €3.5bn of commercial property transactions including some of the CEE region’s most prominent, such as the acquisitions of Rondo 1, Metropolitan, Warsaw Financial Centre, IBC, Senator office building and the Ghelamco Portfolio.
