The office complex at Via Ludovico il Moro 6 in Milan has a new tenant – Wincor Nixdorf. SEB Asset Management has signed a six-year lease for around 2,900 sqm of space with the leading provider of ATMs and cash register systems.
The company is moving its Italian subsidiary to the building, where it plans to set up a showroom, among other things. In addition, SEB Asset Management has signed a six-year follow-on lease with existing tenant Spectrum Brands for around 1,100 sqm of office and storage space. The listed US conglomerate owns well-known brands such as Varta Consumer Batteries, Remington, Russell Hobbs and Tetra.
The four- to five-storey Via Ludovico il Moro 6 complex in Milan was acquired after completion in 2003 for the portfolio belonging to the open-ended real estate fund SEB ImmoInvest. It is located south of Milan’s city centre in a commercial estate near the municipality of Basiglio.
