SEB lets over 800 sqm of space in the Hamburger Welle to Stöben Wittlinger

StöbenWittlinger Immobilienmakler & Hausverwaltung is a new tenant in the Hamburger Welle office building in LĂŒbecker Strasse 128, Hamburg.

SEB Asset Management has signed a ten-year lease for 816 sqm of space with the owner-managed property services provider. StöbenWittlinger is a growing company whose core business is selling, letting and managing predominantly privately owned residential and commercial properties. BNP Paribas Real Estate advised the owner, SEB Asset Management, in the negotiations, while tenant StöbenWittlinger was represented by Jones Lang LaSalle.

The striking, wave-shaped office building designed by the Hamburg architects Bothe Richter Teherani has a total of 16,425 sqm of rental space on six storeys as well as 122 parking spaces.
