Sebre sells DRN to KGAL for €100m

5 August 2019

The developer Sebre has sold the DRN building on the corner in central Prague to the German fund KGAL for €100m (CZK 2.5bn), according to the Czech edition of Forbes magazine. It notes that Sebre put the cost of the office project, which also features a gallery and two restaurants, at around CZK 1.5bn. While the magazine managed to get confirmation from Sebre (owned by Petr Němec and Jan Fidler) that the transaction had taken place, the company wasn’t willing to provide further information. The co-working company WeWork opened its first Prague office in the building earlier this year.
