Vancouver, Canada-based Second City Real Estate has picked up a pair of Orlando area office buildings for a combined price of $16.1 million. The firm paid $8.05 million each for the two assets which are located five miles north of downtown in Miatland near North Maitland Boulevard and Keller Road off Interstate 4. The sale includes the 253,936 square foot Winderley Place at 555 Winderley Place and the 314,925 square foot Maitland 100 building at 2300 Maitland Center Parkway. The properties traded for just under $30 per square foot.
