Price of second-hand houses on the Spanish market averaged €1,623 per sqm in January, up 0.3 percent m-o-m, according to data published by Fotocasa. However, prices fell by 0.3 percent y-o-y. Spain’s Basque Country reported the highest prices for second-hand housing, averaging €2,730 per sqm following by Madrid and Catalonia.
