Six Top Residence, controlled by Tariuc Ion Alexandru, Constantin Dumitru and Vlasceanu Florentina, is nearing completion on 1,020 apartments in the Confort Urban Residence complex located in Bucharest’s Rahova district. Construction on the 20 housing blocks is set to finish in May.
The project was started in early 2012. The first phase included 10 housing blocks offering 500 apartments. The apartments in the first phase have all been sold. Investors started the second phase of the project at the end of last year. The final phase will include 2,000 apartments and 92 mansions built over 10 acres. Prices range from €21,000 for a studio to €34,500 for a two-room apartment, according to SudRezidential, which is handling the sales.
