Atenor Group plans to break ground this fall on the second building at Hermes Business Campus in Bucharest’s Pipera district. The next phase, scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2016, is expected to cost €30m. The building will offer 24,000 sqm of office space. The Belgian developer invested €25m into the project’s first 18,000 sqm building, which was completed this spring. The building is more than 80 percent leased to companies like Getin, SNC Lavalin, Luxoft, Xerox, Elephant Group and the Dutch Embassy. Colliers International is the property manager.
